There is just something magical about a dreamy golden hour maternity session in the middle of summer. The warm sunlight, wildflowers, and quiet open field created the perfect setting for The Longans as they celebrated this sweet season of life together.

Getting to photograph these two again was so special. After capturing their wedding day, it has been such an honor to continue documenting their story as they prepare to welcome their little one. Watching couples grow into families is one of my favorite parts of being a photographer.

This dreamy golden hour maternity session felt relaxed, joyful, and full of anticipation for everything ahead. Between the soft golden light and the peaceful scenery, every photograph felt so natural and full of love. I especially loved the moments where they simply slowed down together, soaking in this exciting chapter before meeting their baby.

The golden sunset shining through the trees gave this session the dreamiest glow, and the wildflowers added the perfect summer touch. Sessions like this are such a reminder that some of the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones.

I am so thankful I’ve been able to capture milestones for The Longans already, and I cannot wait to see them step into parenthood together!
